- Write new ads every month
- Make sure your newest ads always have the highest CTR of any ad all time.
- If it doesn't, pause it and write a new ad

It sounds silly, but seriously--just go search for them. Use an incognito or private browser setting. Then try searching for them using the Adwords Ad Preview Tool. Then go search for them using isearchfrom.com.
See what you customers see. And if your ads aren't there--proceed to troubleshooting.
